Car is up and running

Just got off the phone with Terry at Streetlethal and my car is now running:twothumbsup: , he will check it all out to make sure everything is good to go then give it a conservative low boost tune to get it on the road. I'm heading up this weekend and if all goes well I will be bringing it home. We will take it to the dyno in the coming weeks to get it tuned for pump gas and also for race gas. I'll post up a couple pics when I get it back, no sense posting a sound clip as the car is very quiet like it was stock, kinda like a sleeper:biglaugh:

I may not make the strip this year as I want to get the roll bar in, I'd rather play it safe. Then again I may take it when the weather cools to see what it does on the street tune at low boost, then in the spring she will be ready for the all out race tune to see what it can do.

It's not quite done buts it's running, it's been a long time but I'm sure it will be worth it. When we both got our cars running we will have to get together and go terrorize the streets a little:biglaugh:

I don't think he did a turbo kit, build an engine, fab custom subframe connectors, install new gears, brakes, build a fuel system, and new sheetmetal.

It got a complete custom twin turbo kit fabbed on it, the rear end was totally redone including gears, spool, 31 spline axles, also got a totally upgraded fuel system with twin ford GT pumps, injectors, new fuel line from the tank to the fuel rails and a modified hat on the gas tank, 2 new bumpers, new seats, k-member with the front suspension redone. Did'nt get the engine done cause it was done about 3000 miles ago, also the subframes were done last year when the engine was done, so I would say I had almost as much done as he did:thmbsup:

Thanks man, car is together and running but probably won't have it til 2 weeks due to Terry's vacation and my work schedule, so hopefully when I get back in 2 weeks I will be out cruising the Monroeville area, hopefully see you around as I would like to check out your evo as well:goodidea:
