I have a rebuilt one on the way with a 360 race bearing, and think I've got to the root cause of all of this carnage. We will see in a few weeks.

No other damage I have found yet besides filling the intercooler with oil (again). The intercooler works like a big filter to catch that type of debris, and there was no debris in the outlet pipe either.
I am pretty sure I know whats going on now. I made a bunch of changes relatively quick, and they caught up with me. I went to a very low vacuum cam (A237) then upsized my throttle body and cold side piping. Add the low vacuum to the increased intake volume, and my bypass valve isnt big enough, and surely not working fast enough. This is what has been breaking the shafts. The rest of my turbo grief is just worn out turbos ;) I just ordered a Forge BlowOff Valve, going to make my car sound like a ricer :)
