Had a little fun with a newer Yamaha FZ6. Ended up beating him pretty bad. Probably about 3 or 4 car lengths from around 50-140 going up a hill. This story is actually a lot more interesting, but I don't want to incriminate myself so I'll just leave it at that :chase: :3gears: :hide:

Smilies are pretty self explanitory ;) . I think the guy on the bike probably got f*cked but I didn't stick around to find out.

Was it a red one (like the dark red, maroonish color)?? if so, theres a good chance it was Bryan

Yeah it was actually. Didn't know he had one of those, thought he had like a SV650 or something like that. I know for sure this was a FZ6 though. I looked it up online cause my bike knowledge is lacking, but I saw it was a maroon yamaha without fairings(sp?) and dual under tail exhaust.

I've raced a few 600's and managed to beat them all. I know et's are very dependant on the rider, but I don't know about roll racing though. I don't get to race bikes too often, but it's always fun because I usually have no idea how it will turn out.

Didn't I race you a year or two ago on the pike with my 6R on the way to PRP? I know it was someone on SCS with a ported eaton, black cobra.

Because I remember that race vividly! :scratchchin:

It was me. The car wasn't 100% that night. I think the clutch was slippin, but not totally sure because I haven't been back to the track since I put the new clutch in to re-check the mph. I think my best mph that night was around 116-117 and ported eaton cars should be in the mid 120's. I've been as fast as 119 with the unported eaton. But either way I guess my statement wasn't 100% true. Run what ya brung and that day I didn't have enough.

haha, good times. My one and only '03 cobra race. :veryhappy: I remember seeing you go flying by and I looked at my friends I was riding with and they were like waving me on, telling me to go catch you.

Oh how I miss my toys. :worried:

Yeah, I was pretty sure that was you and chugger when I passed you guys. I remember seeing them telling you to go. How come you got rid of all the toys?

Yea it was chugger and one of my other buddies.

Got rid of the bike after a small wreck. I wanted to focus more on school, keeping my GPA up and saving money. The same reason why I'm trying to get rid of my car payment right now. Once I establish myself, I can have toys.

Definitely a good idea. I couldn't afford any toys when I was in school either. I had my fox, but that was my daily driver, so I couldn't get too crazy with it. I'm glad I held off. Getting out of school without much debt was definitely nice and back then I had plenty of other distractions

Tell me about it. I've been in college for like 6 years now. :hissyfit:
