Hey guys, I'm new to the area and wanted to see if anyone plays hockey.
I'd like to play both ice and in-line if there are decent leagues.
I played in college but haven't done much in the last 3-4 years.
Don't need super competitive league, but I'd like a good skill level and definitely not a beginer type league.
I live in Beaver (and I believe they have a league at the Brady's Run park)but don't mind traveling as long as its not too far.

I skate about 3-4 nights a week. I'm on 3 teams in cranberry and play pickups once a week.... i can let you know if any spots on our teams free up. where did you play in college? the pickups we play are in harmarville. kinda far for you. but its a private slot with a bunch of good guys. pretty good competition.

I bought a set of baur in lines, when pittspeed was going to have some pick up games. It never matriculated though. I have a pretty busy schedule, so I'd be stuck to play around the city/bridgville area.

Thanks for the reply.
I played at Univ. of Toledo, D2/D1 club and could have played Junior B but decided to stay in Toledo for school.
I'll probably play in the Beaver league since its close but I'd like to find one other league so I can skate 2 nights a week. I'm a forward btw, you don't want me to play D, its not pretty.
The cranberry league sounds good....I'm actually working up there this month so its pretty close. Let me know if you have a spot.
I'd like to find an inline league too if possible for spring-fall.

Nice, i played at CAL, D3, but still wasnt too too bad.... the inline leagues around here blow IMO. all they are is a bunch of hacks. Neville island's was the best when they just opened. their A leauge was really really good. but now it has become to widespread to guys who rely too much on slashing and hooking and whatnot.
ill stick with ice.

I am looking for a spot on a Dek Hockey team(no blades) or preferrably a pickup game once a week.
