so im bulding an engine thats goin in the stang.. and i also used this as my senior project so i figured id put the pics on here..anyways its a 302 bored .030 over w/ speed pro forged pistons,forged eagle rods,total seal rings,clevite bearings, the rotating assembly is balanced and the crank was polished. here is what i did so far.. im just waitin on the cam to come and the heads back from the machine shop so i can do the rest.

ok so now i got some stuff from summit. i got a Ford Racing E-303 cam which i put in..FRPP roller rockers and FRPP pushrods, and a comp cams double roller timing chain..

so i got the heads back, installed them yesterday, and put the lifters back in

just installed the rockers/pushrods today.

my motor is just about finished. i put on the timing cover, oil pan, and new water pump. i also got some spiffy valve covershttp://www.pittspeed.com/forums/images/smilies/yumyum.gif and an edelbrock performer rpm intake. i just put on an old carb i had laying around and an air cleaner. im probably gonna go with the stock air cleaner with the dual snorkels, and i still have to buy a carb. now its time to paint the engine

ok so i finally painted my motor..shot the intake with a few coats of clear. engine is painted Ford Blue. now i just gotta get some headers and find enough time to put the damn thing in!

haha no no.. these pics are from the winter and i did it in my basement where it was nice and warm but i did it in a back section incase things got messy:dumping::yes:
