How's it going Mark? Im pretty sure PJ and a few others from the board will be there. I cant make it as im having a few small issues w/ the car right now.
Good luck and be sure to post up and let us know how you do.:awsome:
I did what i have been wanting a 10 second pass! Out of the people's times listed on stangs unleased I am the fastest shelby without running nitrous, and on drag radials not slicks.
I am a happy camper tonight, but tomorrow I know I will want to go faster.....lol
I need to learn how to drive better. Tonight was only my third time at the drag strip, so I look forward to learning how to drive better and improve my times.

congrats!!! List out the entire slip, 60', 1/8 mph 1/4 & mph
Was there alot of cars there? How many runs did you get?
Hey Rob,
60 foot 1.650
1/8 7.073
1/4 10.94
mph 130.78
Got there a little late but still got in 6 runs. PJ and Mark were there and a few other stangs.
Soon as I learn to drive better I will be trying a race tune in the car. Maybe at Cecil in Nov.
Would also like to try and run at pmr, maybe this wed.

Awesome man!!! Congrats again!! 1.65 on 17" drag radials isnt bad!
Get some slicks under that badboy and you easily have a mid 10 sec car.
Im highly considering going to cecil too. Did you send for your ticket yet?

Wow, congrats Mark - great numbers! Your car is SICK! I was out there with Rob, Dave (black '95 cobra), and Brian (green '95 GT vert) the week before last when I met you there. I got some decent pics of your car...send me your email address and I'll get them to you!

The car was built by Evolution Performance. It's a stage 6 car.
kenne bell 2.8 w/3" pulley and stock tb (until problems with kb tb are worked out)
Evolution street tune for 93 octane gas
springs
tokico shocks and struts
Evolution upper and lower control arms
different panhard bar
frame braces
alumminum driveshaft and ds loop
at the strip I run 17" Bogarts in the rear with m&h racemaster drag radials

Thanks Rob!
I have been trying to find some wheels and slicks this week but no one really knows what will work without a lot of fabrication, and custom made spacers.
Haven't sent for the ticket yet, but I understand from the posts on the board that they are strict on rules so I bought an S&W 8 point cm roll bar. It will be fun trying to get it installed before nov. 17th. S&W said they could do it in March maybe...lol
