motor mounts in car swap

on a scale from 1-10 how hard is it to swap motor mounts in the car. mine on notch are shot. i have a new set from the hatch lying around and since the car is apart why not fix tha tproblem also. and whats the best way of doing it

very easy..I would rate it a 3-4

and i have a good set if you need them

thanks for hte offer but ones from hatch are around and wont need them since im doing LSX in it.

now how woudl you do it? just jack up one side of motor at a time. i dont have a picker with me right now

with out a picker get some wood and CAREFULLY jack the motor up on the pan DON"T bend the pan!!!!!
you may even try jacking it up near the bell housing but i never tried it

thats what i thought, its been awhile since i drove a stang. kinda miss it cant wait to drive it again

Use a picker, it'll make it easier.

I have a picker you can use if you need. Its the folding kind too. Nice to load and store.:goodidea:
