I've been driving my 91LX back and forth to work and I thought it was in my head a first, but now I know my speedo is now reading fast with the addition of a low gear set AOD that I got from ViperEd. I'm wondering what my options are to fix the fast reading speedo. I reused the white speedo (have 3.73's) gear out of my old trany that was pretty close before the trany swap. Any idea's or options?

Glad to see you're putting the tranny to use. You could try the gear for 4:10's or 4:30's, but I think that's about as close as you'll be able to get it. Is it only off when you're in low gear, or is it at cruising speeds as well? This reference chart may help:

The new trany rocks!! The low gears really help get the car going!! The white gear I have is supposed to be for 3.73's or 4.10's. Quik, the old white gear was still in it, but I pulled my speedo setup out of my old AOD and installed it into your old trany so I wouldn't have to mess with the cable. Ed, she's off when she's in overdrive going down the highway. When I'm in a 55 I have to go around 70mph to stay with grandpa in his old car. Maybe my speedo gear is shot and I'll try putting the old one that was in it back in.
