Okay guys, this will sound like a newbie question :D I'm looking at doing some changes with my rear since I need axles now. Basically looking at changing things around to use a normal fox length axle (my stuff is 1 1/4" wider now).
What is the widest draglite and with what BS that will work under the rear of a fox body with stock length axles? Possible to run a 28-11.50/15 ET Street? I have good arms, rolled fender lips, and no quads.
Thanks,
Bob Myers

15x10 with a 6.5" backspace rim, roll the lips and do some beating on the inner wheel wells.

I had 15x10's on a fox once. A little tight but they fit.

Thanks guys. There must be more room on a fox Mustang with the lips rolled than on a fox Capri. Right now I run a 15x7 with a 5.5 BS, my axles are 1 1/4" longer than a normal fox. Tons of room on the back, but my 26-10.50 ET Streets rub just a little when aired up to 26 psi, and a little weight in the car (going to the track). They are very close on the outside.
So I think all i'm going to be able to fit is a 15x8 with a 5.5 BS. With my 7" wheel, I have 1.5 to the front side of the flange. Moving the flange back 1.25", I can go with a 15x8, have 2.5 in front of the flange, and gain 1/4" of lip clearance and a wider wheel. The back should be no issue.
I Dont think a 15x9 will work on here, they are only sold as a 5.5 BS, that would be another inch to the front, or 3/4" more than I have now, and I could take any more out the front. The 15x10 x 6.5 BS would really be the same situation out front, the back I could deal with.
I geuss the flared fender lip on the Mustang gets you that extra 3/4"" or so I'm missing for this to work as I would like. I geuss i will get a 15x8 Pro Star and then run a 27/10.50/15 ET Street.
