the site rocks! i was up pittsburgh raceway and a couple people told me about it. but my names John and i have a 2002 Mustang GT and im planning to turbo it over the winter. anybody have any useful advice on that before i do it?

i have advice... better make sure you have a lot more money than you think you're going to need! Take it from me first hand!:awsome:

welcome to the site. i dont know to much about turbos but a lot of guys on here do. they will hook you up with some good advice. got any pics of the stang?

Research, then do some more research. Have a goal and stick to it. Don't over build. Don't buy a turbo that you will grow into when you do more mods. Buy a turbo thats just enough to get the power you want. If you stick to your plan, then you will stick to your budget. If you try to overbuild everything the supporting mods will add up quickly.

i thought about doin that. i know a guy that can bend all the tubing for it but how big of a apin is it?

its harder to spend b/c its all in 1 chunk, but buy a pre-made kit from a manufacturer... there are several of them for f-body's, so i'm sure someone makes one for a mustang.... Even STS systems are increasingly popular and very effective
