Fox acting weird

Ok, well recently when i start my car, and go at random mphs, and random gears it will just start to like buck.. and if i step on the gas it will have a hard time speeding up and make like a back firing noise coming from the exhaust.. but if i come to a light or stop sign and stop, then go from first, it will be alright.. could somebody help me out with whats wrong??

I know some kid that hes spedo did not work and the same thing happened to hei. Fixed the cable and it was fine.

well when it happens the speedo just goes up real slow, and it back fires..

timing? vacuum leak? wires? bad plug? just a few things to look over

check fuel filter

just had it timed after putting the cobra intakes on, and checked for vacuum leaks by a shop, so i guess i can check plugs and wires?

Anyway to check to see if the wires or plugs are bad just by looking at them??

Sounds like crap plugs. Before the MSD my notch would kill a set every year. Backfires and check engine light.

no check engine light yet, but backfires and bucks..
