On *another* forum a guy asks how he can get 350-400 rwhp from his stock bottom end 302.

Here's the reply:

"Here is A:
You will never get 350 - 400 to the wheels with a stock bottom end running all motor. You will need a complete race built stroker motor. Probably a 351 with a stroker kit and complete top end."

I went ahead and put an order in for a 351 stroker, wish me luck guys.

We go through the same BS in the "2.3 World". Ask how to get 350 HP and everyone thinks you cant get there with stock parts. I quit trying to argue, just say, yep, can't be done ;) Someday folks will learn you generally cant buy a good combo, sometime you got to roll your sleeves up and get to work.
