question on superchargers?

i have an 01 gt and im just stirring ideas and i was told even though i have a high comp motor i can run low boost safely. i know that 96-98 gt 4.6Ls are similar to modulars except pi heads etc etc. i found a supercharger kit for 96-98 automatic for 1295 brand new. will it be able to fit my car perfectly because its basically the same thing as a 96-98 gt? thanks

if it's for a 96-98 then it isnt for an 01.

yea i understand that but its the same concept just diffrent heads it uses the same design pretty much as my block thats why i was asking since the blocks are so similar if it would work on my 01

yeah but you have to consider accessory routing, the pipe routing for the inlet and outlet of the blower to your intake.

the main dif is the "hardware kit", they contain a fuel pump. injectors, tuned ecu, and the one for your car is "under development" according to ford, but we both know i can make it work just fine!!!
