THE CAR SHOW IS IN JUNE(EARLY POST) AT THE ADVANCE AUTO PARTS IN THE SOUTH SIDE. ME AND MY BUDDIES FROM ADVANCE ARE TRYING TO SET IT UP WHERE WE WOULD HAVE 1/2 OF 19TH ST. FOR A BURNOUT COMPETITION. WE HAD ONE LAST YEAR AND IT WORKED OUT PRETTY GOOD.

thanks guys, im tying to raise some money for a local girl who has chrons disease. the show will be free to enter,there will be food,a burn out pit(depending on neighbors),discounts at advance throughout the day, and a dj. trying to shoot for the first week or last week of june.:goodidea:

FYI - The weekend after Carlisle (not sure if it's Saturday or Sunday) there is an annual car show in Beaver that is quite large. I have missed it the last few years becuase Carlisle has interferred, but I am going to this show this year.

were lookin to set up a little block party on the 22 of june and the big show got pushed back until sometime in august. i will post further info on the block party as the week goes on.

june 22 12-4pm. this still is going to be a car show but it will be on the street instead of in the lot of advance. 19th st. in south side by the advance auto parts is ours to do whatever we want pretty much. anybody is welcome

the time changed from12-4 to 11-3 because of caste village car show. we figured that after our show we would head over to caste in a group of cars.

it wasnt that great of a turn out anyways.as far as the dj playin rap, we werent goin to have him play rap but there was a younger crowd than anything so we decided to let him play a few songs.keep this in mind august 24th is the big car show we want the whole parking lot full of cars at this one, and there will def. be more events going on.....for sure

Kinda offtopic but the music wasnt a problem imo. It was subtle and it went along with what was going on. Anythings better than hearing the typical beach boys,mustang sally etc. Its kinda depressing after hearing the same stuff at diffrent shows all year long:pinkthumb:

Yea I ended up goin to caste as it was ending, I just wanted to get the car out of the garage. I didn't know where you guys were goin so i just said screw it.
