is the car lowered? did you have it lined up? how long have you owned the car? they do have 275 up front. Ford really should have put 245 up front, but they wanted you to be able to rotate them??? they are strange at first if you haven't driven it for too long. you'll get used to it. :goodidea:

Do yourself a favor and DON'T listen to anything ASAP may suggest. Take it somewhere else.

Do a search. They have ruined many Mustangs with their work.

Yep stay away from them! I stopped to have my cobra put on the dyno and got a responce that I didnt like. "Oh we take the keys and you have to leave while we run it." Then they wanted me to fill out waivers and something else saying they were not responcable for damage. Needless to say I took my keys and left.
On another note...I drive past the shop everyday on my way to work and the same cars have sat there for over a year so if you let that sink in I am sure you will go find another shop.

could be the rack, if its not lowered and there is no play in the front steering mech, then its prob alignment... have you checked the steering mech for play??

Check the steering rack mounting insulators. Also make sure that the bolts are the proper torque spec. It seems this is a common problem.

Had mine replaced twice on my Cobra. It would develop a creek in the front end when they would start to go bad.

Ya know, its funny....before I bought my Lincoln, I was looking at 03/04 Cobras. One of the Cobras I drove was all over the road. It was so bad I though the thing was wrecked and not put back together right. Guess the steering rack is a common issue?

I was almost left with a stang with warped heads because of them. Before I bought the car, Asap did work on it, and didn't correctly wire the electric water pump; the grounds melted and left me stranded in Cranberry.
