High mileage 302

Stock 302 with auto tranny complete. I'm assuming over 100k on engine and tranny. Engine ran strong while in car but would start to smoke after about 15 minutes of idling. Tranny would not shift into third gear. Fluid looked clean/ didn't smell burnt, but swapping to a 5 speed, so I didn't look that deep into it. Engine has all stock injection on it, rails, intake, t.b., etc. no mass air (speed density car) comes with what looks like an intake spacer, well used short tube headers, aluminum valve covers that need polished, a/c compressor and power steering pump. Going BIG so this came out. Want $150 out of it or trade for something regardless of car related or not. Open to all offers.:D
Currently have a engine hoist here to be able to load it onto a pick 'em truck.

If you have no plans for that tranny I might. Btw who builds a solid AOD that can handle some abuse ok alot of abuse.
