Actually, they had posted to their site that they will be open, pending weather. They said if it rains out, that will be it for the year. Seems their website is down, but the phone number is 724-668-7600 for status.

Saterday is looking sweet for a November day. Sunny and low 60's. Hope this weather keeps up and they are able to push a few more TnT days into December.

I will definatly be there. My buddy is bringing his slow Nova too. We all made fun of him and his 16 sec pass a few months ago. Now he needs to redeem himself. He was full of excuses. HAHAHA Kept saying he had a 12 sec car. When the 16.5 time came dowm, we died laughing. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Well, I got my best time ever in my life today. IThis is my first summer ever going there also. But here it is.

R/T... .106
60'...2.062
330...5.924
1/8...9.116
MPH...77.11
1000...11.870
1/4...14.217
MPH...96.37

Well, this is all with a car with 131,000 on the clock, my first real time ever racing. My pervious best was a 14.5XX. I have done the gears, subframe connectors and a March Ram air kit. Still running the stock ten degree timing. Second gear is bad in the trans, it grinds going into and sometimes wont even go in. Traction was a major issue. I could not hook up at all for the first probally 25 or 30 ft. But overall, I am pretty happe with these results so far. Almost to my goal of a 12 sec car. HAHAHA

It was a good time. Not the usual BS that goes on. I got in 4 runs and I did not get there until 2:00. I gotta fix that trans bad. Gotta get traction too. HAHA I gotta get alot of stuff.

Thats strange my car hooked realy well and I could have been more aggressive with the launch. Did you have drag radials?

Not a bad day with just perfect weather. I got 5 runs in.

1. 13.48 @ 102.54, 1.69 sixty leaving at 6000, clutch needed adjusted and couldnt get 2nd gear

2. 12.90 @ 103.92, 1.72 sixty leaving at 6000, I messed up clutch adjustment and it slipped the entire way down track.....opps

3. 12.81 @ 106.62, 1.72 sixty leaving at 6000, much better pass after readjusting clutch again

4. 12.79 @ 105.34, 1.68 sixty leaving off rev limiter

5. 12.94 @ 103.68, 1.73 sixty left at 5700, motor to warm but I ended the season with a perfect reaction time .000 :D

11psi in slicks, and rear shocks set about 2 clicks from stiffest setting

Actually there were 6 lanes of street cars and 3 lanes of slick cars. Nice turnout but I would have expected more. I think nobody is use to the track still running this late into the season so many were either unaware it was open or away for holiday. Those that didnt go really missed out on a great day for racing to end the season.

HAHA Nope, just shitty tires. HAHA I have a set of drag radials here but did not really want to spend the time to dis-mount and re-mount on my wheels. I dont have a spare set yet. I was also worried about the clearance of a 275/40/17 tire with the quads on my fox. Any idea if they will work? Or will I be needing some clearance.

I was also running 15psi in the rears. It did not really bother me. Next year will be a great year for me. I should reach my goals. I hope. Just need practice.
