Ok so i know this has been covered on here before but im finally looking into buying some. There are like 20 different kits on ebay and i dont want junk.
For the 9007 bulbs they also sell a hi/low kit? What the heck is that and do i really need it?
For the 899 fogs there are really only like el cheapo kits. Are these any good?
So anyone who has done this could you please help me out here. I want headlights and fogs.

i have the Smart4Cars kit and I love it. It cost a little more but well worth after seeing several of the el cheapo kits. Mine are way brighter than most and Im only running a 6K bulb.
the hi/low kits are just that. do you want HID low beams and hi beams or just low beams w/ regular high beams? My kit is HID lows w/ regular highs.
hope this helps and if you want I can get you the Smart4Cars kit for ya, just let me know

is this highs and lows?
I'm still waiting to see what HIDs look like in a mustang (or any reflector style headlight) to see if its something I want to do. I love the way they look in projector headlights, but then again they're meant for it. Our light cut off patterns are going to be crappy and distracting to oncoming drivers from what I've read.
Here is a picture of 6k upper and lowers on a GTO (projector headlights) The kid said they were the $100 off ebay. (I focused on the kid's white shirt so it would give a better idea of the true color, but they're just a *bit* more blue than that)

6ks and stock fogs (I'm betting you're buying for the 94, so I thought you'd like a pic)

any chance of getting a 'cut off' shot that isn't off of a reflective surface like a van in the rain? (a garage door would be great!)
Also, what fogs do 03 cobras run? (I'm feeling lazy, sorry)

I know a 9005 bulb will work in the 03 Cobra Fog Lights.

nice, thanks Ed.
edit: any chance I can put some HIDs in my turn signal bulbs?? j/k j/k
Can somebody steer me towards the right ebay bulbs that are high/low beam & good quality? I'm probably going to go with either 5k or 6k if I do this. Damn this car is the worst. I can't stop spending what I save on it. Good problem to have I suppose?
Are these any good?

Too blue. The higher the K the more color you get. Mine are 6000K and they are pretty white with a slight blue tint.
i would not go higher than 8000K
