where can you buy this vinyl piece that goes between your taillights?

this is not my car so its clarified but i took this pic off another forum an was wondering where the heck do you buy the vinyl for between the taillights? an i know i could get it painted but i know they make the vinyl out there an it would be easier an cheaper on my part.

it does look nice painted but im not lookin to spend 100 something bux on 3 little squares when i can get a vinyl piece for 20 bux lol plus this is for my v6 which is my DD.
