I'm considering buying a 2003 Mustang GT convertible, it has 11,300 miles on it, 5 speed, loaded and mint condition--is it worth $16,500?
I'm a little out of touch on the last generation pricing.
Is it a fair price?

Well thats not bad.I bought mine with 9,000 miles and I paid 16,900 so i would say its a go
I think it sounds high, you can get a low mile new edge for 13-14 easy right now, they are plentiful and not in high demand.
its a buyers market at the moment. people aren't buying squat. cash talks:)
