Put the frames on with the suspension loaded!!! As you were sitting in your driveway. In other words, when you jack the car up, put blocks under the wheels and not the control arms. Make sure the front wheels are at the proper ride height before you weld. I usually do it be placing a 2X4 on the outter edge of the tire between the tire and the block. That puts the wheels at the correct ride height.

    Uppers, lowers, or both?

The lower kits are so darned easy, just remove the control arm nut, fish it in there, start the nut drill 4 holes, bolt them down and then tighten the control arm nut back up. Real easy.

The upper you do have to remove the control arms, and make sure you have good drill bits so the don't want to walk, especially on the ones up top, plus that area is thicker.

As was said, make sure the car is set up with the tires loaded to do the subframes, and the plate with the SFC's from LMM make it easier becuase it give you more to weld too.

I have the LMM SFC' and upper and lowers on my car if you want to see how they are installed. All nice pieces.
