    driveshaft safety loop?

    is it worth buyin one of these, wats the purpose/ benefit?

    its worth cuz they are pretty cheap, but it keeps the driveshaft up in case it breaks so your car doesnt catapult end over end. lol....it keeps bad things from happening.

    I believe you don't need one if you use a carbon fiber driveshaft. I rather use a CF shaft so 1 it doesn't catapult the car and 2 so it won't tear the floor of the car open.

    I'd rather break a $900 driveshaft than have a $2000-3000 bill to repair the floor of the car.

    I was watching Pinks one time, and saw that happen to, I think it was a Nova. Happened in the burnout box, big ass hole in the floor of the car, right near the fuel cell.
