Inner tierod end on a 2001 mustang gt

I just noticed the play the shop that did my wheel swap told me it was the outter passenger one bought one went to change it, turns out theyre stupid its a inner tierodend...but anyhow is this a at home deal or would i be better off taking it to a shop to do?

i just did a fox body, it was easier for me just to change the whole rack with new inner tie rods already on it.

they wanted $31 or so for one inner tie rod and $78 for reman rack with both side new inner tie rods.

yea they want $200 for a new rack and $27 for a inner rod
