New Dyno Numbers on my NA 347

I didn't like the way the 1st one turned out so I had the engine professionally reringed and rehoned last winter. I finally had time to put it on the dyno today at Big Shot - 366rwhp, 378rwtq. The 1st run we noticed it was too rich. We lowered the fuel pressure with my adjustable regulator and picked up 12 ponies. The car runs fantastic IMO and the sound is awesome with the Hooker long tubes and H pipe. Overall, I am real happy with the car and driveability.

Whats next is to simply drive and enjoy it. I don't want to open the hood again for 6 months, other than to look at it. I'm ready for a break from working on it. I still have the oil drawn through the pcv issue, but that is the only remaining bug that I am aware of.

I'm planning on the Zelie flashlight drags in September. I don't have drag radials yet so I won't get much traction. Does anyone know of a track rental day either at Quaker City or PRP?

I really like Keith and his dad. I think that is his dad, anyway. Keith pulled up in a black, lowered 2007 GT500 that sounded like it was on steroids.

QCR is a straight shot right off of the highway too. No traffic, construction, or any of the b.s. Not sure when i'm heading down again, next time the weather is a little cool on a Friday.

They are pretty cool guys out at Big Shot. Thats where I had my tune done.
Don Lasota of Lasota did the tuning on their dyno.

Who did the engine work? Big Shot's? I'm in the market for a good machine shop to do some work on my 408. Anybody got any opinions on Motorworks in Greensburg?

That's a nice broad torque curve. Should make for a great street motor. Get some miles on it & have fun!
