You could always just have the holes filled and repainted. I would look into that before buying an entire new bumper.

I had holes in my SVTs front bumper. Get some of those plastic push retainers (in mixed packages at any auto parts store) and some paint code matching spray can and it will look much better than having open holes or the bracket.
