Converting 90mm maf to blow thru on Sc. Pics

Well it hasn't been easy but I think I got it done. I can't try and start it until the fuel rails and Zone 5 stage 1 FPDM show up. I still need a couple more t-bolt clamps too.

I went with a 12" piece of 4" straight pipe in front and in back of the MAF. I was told by a reputable tuner as long as I did this that I would not lose any range by going blow through. The straight pieces go into reducing elbows for a slow transition from 3 to 4 inches.

I know it's a little ghetto, but so is most of the stuff I do lol.

    Here's a few pics

Looks good. What do you care what anyone thinks about the look, if your happy, it's all good :D I think you will be happy with blow through. If you are going to have it re-tuned by someone that can actually enter a MAF transfer file, you might want to look into this......

Then it would be real clean, and you can dump the MAFia (voltage divider). i posted pics of those parts here somewhere. We are using it for the 2.3 MAF conversions, they seem real stable ;)

No I really don't care if it's pretty as much as I care if it's functional.. I was just being silly because I'm bored lol.

    Thanks.

I already had the maf, and I just bought the mafia 2 weeks ago.

So I'm really just trying to get what I already own to work.

Many suggested I go to one designed more for a blow through, and agree it would probably be better. But I have more than exhausted my budget for the car this year, and I'm trying to save where ever I can.

Well it seems to work great all the jerking between 2-3k is gone. Just a slight hesitation when you first get on it hard between 2-3k
