    NEWB from Ohio

    Hey all. From Akron Ohio GO STEELERS. the important stuff...Silver 03 Cobra stock, 89 lx hatch modded like crazy. My bother lives in Pitt with his wife... mom and dad went to Pitt... got Season Tix to Steelers. Was parked next to some u guys at Summit Mustang show yesterday..friends with Akronhorsepower. On buckeyestangs and ohiostreetstangs as BLUE302. Lots of mods coming for the Cobra this winter..prolly $10k worth of mods :) time to make her haul some a ss!! Anyone have comments about StreetLethalPerformace? think i may bring the 03 to them for the work.

    Welcome to SCS. Saw your termie yest. at the Summit show and it looks sweet. My car was the white Cobra with the black bullet wheels parked a couple cars down from you.

    Can't go wrong with Streetlethol Performance they have done the work on my termie and I have been very satisfied.

    Black     1998 GT- PI swap, 3.73's, off road h pipe, flows & some suspension goodies

    White 1986 GT T-Tops- BBK shorties, RAM clutch/flywheel, Bassani catted x pipe, MSD ignition, MAC cai, LMM lowering springs, adjustable skocks & struts, MGW short throw, DD

    Black 2009 Yamaha YZF-R6- custom levers, -1 front sprocket, Jardine GP-1 exhaust, HIDs, custom undertail, custom black windscreen.

    welcome and you may want to check out street lethals website, they build some sick stuff, and deff know the termys very well!!

    then added
    H/C/I with Powerdyne BD-11 was 420HP and 418TQ

    The 89 put down 420hp and 418tq at the tire and went 11.97 @117 with a 1.69 60foot...my main drag strip car.. The Cobra put down 440hp and 426 tq with a 2.80 pully and went 12.89 @113 2.0 60foot..worried about the IRS at the track then popped the rearend 1 week later on the street. Future mods for the cobra include a twin turbo prolly from StreetLethal.. solid rear or beef'd up irs.... new clutch and larger heat exchanger.. kooks longtubes..bassani offroad with borlas stingers... and a lowering kit :) Thats about it for now HAHA

    welcome to the gang!!! love the fox an the snake but on a side note, no offense but i have never seen a cobra sit that high for being on stock springs etc, lower that badboy (when funds are good lol). now the big question for me is which one is more fun to drive? the built fox, or the stock sc cobra w/pulley?
