From PRP 8/3/08
NA 347/AOD combo. He dropped the exhaust and bumped the fuel. Car had a 1.49 sixty on this pass
Weather is suppose to be only 71 on saterday So I'm betting this 11.34 will be replaced by a 11.2's pass. I took the video with my Kodak Z812 camera. Looks better in original format in HD1280. Sound is ok but not great as I need a way to stop the extra noise the microphones pic up.

Mike is a footbraker, no transbrake there. AOD, Art Carr parts, overdrive solenod on a switch. The 60' times are better than cars going 5-8 tenths quicker than he is.
Ed's car is sick too for all factory stuff with minimal bolt ons. He can tune the heck out of a suspension. The carbon fiber look hod is sweet. He launches hard dumping the clutch. Keith, the PRP starter, gets nightmares over it... it's pretty funny. Keith tries to wave him away, joking around.

I'm real happy with the car. Like CobraII said there is no transbrake in the car just an AOD. I actually got some air under the front tires a couple passes.
The rear springs are actually LMM lowering springs LOL. I'm hoping to even go a little quicker soon. This may sound weird but I put royal purple in instead of conventional oil and the car actually slowed down about a tenth and a half.
Rio94gt it was nice to meet you and your car is very nice and fast. A lot of my buddies I race with were talking about it.
Thanks man. Im just glad its finally back to running some respectable times. You know the ultimate goal is 10s. Gonna make a few changes to help it along.
That 1.49 60' is awsome for a footbrake. Whats the stall on your converter?

Close to mine. Mine is a 9.5" around 4000. Id love to pull a 60' like that.

I launch at 2500 rpm's what about you.
I was only footbraking to about 1800. I found out the last time out that the car responded good to more RPMS. I had it up to about 2000. Im going to try to footbrake it more and build boost faster. Would like to get the 60's in the mid-low 1.5s.
