    are 36lb injectors too much for my motor?

    Ok so my buddy has a set of 36lb injectors 4 sale....im looking to upgrade mine..im sure everyone knws my motor..full bolt ons, forged pistons rods, ported heads..30 over, stg 2 cams, an a lil over 10 5 1 compression. i still got the stock injectors. but wana upgrade....r 36lb injectors too much 4 my application? i plan on runnin n20 in the near future...100 shot

    I think you should wait till you get a nitrous kit hooked up, then put the 36's in and get it tuned with a flip chip, otherwise you may have some drivability issues if you put them in now

    ok so if i wanted to upgrade my injectors for n/a without spray what lb should i go with?

    id go with 30's, leaves some room for xpansion and no driveability issues

    i was thinking 30s an 90mm lightning maf.....does that seem like a good combo?

    will i need an adjusted tune with my sct2 programmer once the new maf an injectors go on?

    yeah you'll have to have a tuner calibrate the MAF to the injectors and they'll probably have to adjust some other stuff when your in there.

    No but id like to upgrade them bc im going to be getting spray an a dyno tune shortly

    Even with spray I think the 36's are too much for an NA motor. IF you are running a wet kit then 24lb injectors and a different fuel pump like the svt focus should be more than enough for you.
