351W Info??????

Can anyone tell me if the early 90s police crown vics had the roller 351's in them or not? I have a chance at one for really cheap and looking to find out if it is a roller block or not? Or did they even come with 351w???

not sure when they quit doing 351 in a cop car, but like i said mine was the square bodystyle, might have been the last year for that style???? but they did come with 302 and 351 combos, i had 1 of each, ex police cars, double check the engine size, they look the same and if they tell you that it is a 351,,,,,,

double check!!!!!!

351 roller blocks have an F4 part number, meaning '94+ casting, but not all '94+ trucks have the roller block and not all roller blocks had roller cams.....kinda confusing, you just gotta check. I helped my brother find a '97 F250 351 that was a roller block/cam

easy way to tell if from police car is they never got port fi they were all cfi & no they aren't roller motors , sorry . ( not to say someone didnt swap in truck motor so be shure to check just to be shure )

Well I located a 94 351W out of an E-250 and of all places it is in cranberry. My dad will be picking it up hopefully on friday and then in about 3 weeks he is coming to norfolk to do final clean up on a job his company is doing on the naval base and he is going to bring it with him so no shipping.

The part number on the block is f4te-6015-aa and then there is two other digits that I think are 04 but not sure. but the F4TE is plain as day. I got it for $200 complete with fuel injection intake upper and lower, alt, p/s, smog, everything. Oh and the guy threw in the fox body swap oil pan

This wasnt a cfi setup..... it was a Variable venturi setup..... they used a slide type carburator... they used em on cabs and cop cars

I am going 393 due to getting a heck of a deal on a set of JE pistons and Forged 6.2" connecting rods. The rods were 459 brand new and the JE pistons were custom order for the PO setup and cost him like 800. I am getting them as a set for 380
