Not much without good flowing heads.

This intake flows the most air out of the top EFI intakes out there. I wouldn't know specific hp gains, that would depend on you conbination. But it does flow more air than a cobra intake.

I agree that the Systemax is one of the best off the shelf 5.0 intakes out there, but as said above, yes, the heads will bottleneck that gain quite a bit. It would gain some power over a stock cobra intake though
