i have sportlines an i only scrap if there is a crazy speed bump or a very steep hill, i have a steep driveway an i do not scrap....mine is a 2.5 drop i believe, but everyday normal driving i do not scrap at all
doyou have any aftermarket shocks struts???
i scrap every once and a while with my prokit, but apperently it sits lower than ususal, and i have isolators in.
lol @ trying to get out of smallvilles driveway with 4 people in the car tho
wat r isolators???
the rest of my suspension is stock all i have is the sportlines an ccplates to get it aligned thats it. an if you get sportlines you just gotta be cautious an if your going up a hill go on an sharp angle or go slow over a big bump or crazy pot hole. an i have all of my isolators in
oh an i usually only have a passenger in my car, my gf ....so i dunno if you usually travel with a car pool of people on the weekends but if you get the sportlines an always travel with a car pool of people i would say stick with the prokit, sportlines sit low enough an then add a few more hundred pounds with a car pool of people an lts your asking for trouble imo
well O have a rear seat delete so thats no prob, I'm just concerned about my svo skirts will get cracked
i dont think you will scrap your side skirts your lts will sit lower than your whole car, ill take a pic tommorrow an show you what i mean, you will never hit your sideskirts unless you cut the sportlines even more imo
I'm not sure but I think dan has pro kit on his but he cut them so it sits pretty low
no idea you would have to ask him, you will be fine with the sportlines, you have the rear seat delete so you will never car pool, and as long as your cautious with speed bumps an crazy pot holes you will be fine, i went through the same dilemma as you did b4 i got lts etc. and im glad i didnt get the prokit because i think if i did i woulda traded them for the sportlines shortly down the road. get the sportlines you wont be sorry an you wont regret it
plus I have 18 wheels, so its higher now them normal
i first had sportlines with 17inch fr500s an i was perfectly fine, now i have 18s an i even have a little more room, you will be fine, order them sportlines already lol you will need to get cc plates as well. i got bbk gripps they are chrome an look awesome, they were 250 from summit i believe.
No, i just scraped almost the entire way down his driveway even tho i was going 1 mph. there was just nothing i could do about it.
I just went out and measured and it seems like a 2 to a 2.5 inch drop is gonna drop the outter fender lip on the tire in the front, might have to go with the prokit
I have sportlines and i scrap on speedbumps, steed driveways, road kill,traintracks....and other crap. I have a set of Mach 1 springs here that will go on if i dont sell the car..if i do they go to the buyer if he wants them

ok I did some more research and summit says that sport lines will drop the 94-95 stangs 1.7 inches in the front, and 1.5 in the rear vs pro kit which is 1.5 both
Sportlines is more than that...my buddy has a 97 with pro's and mine is noticably lower.

Thats what i was thinking but either way all cars settle diffrently.
btw. you'll be happy with either one and imo if your worried about scraping etc just get the prokit and take out the isolators. It will sit real close to a sportline setup. Personally i think you'll be fine with the sportlines but ultimately its up to you
