    New headlights

Anyone know where to get a set of later new-edge head lights (black inside) for a good price? I've seen them online for around $180-$230, but not sure if they are quality. If anyone has a decent pair of used ones I might be interested. My '99 lights are toast and barely put out any light anymore. I will probably get some of the HID kits talked about on here lately to go with them.

where ever u get them from make sure u seal them with a clear sealant around where the housing and lens meets, this should help significantly with condensation, try american muscle, never used them but have heard good things about them

I think those are ones I'm leaning toward, the black with amber corners. I like the OEM lights on my friends 04 mach1 and those look just like them. Thanks for tip about the sealant. Heard that before so maybe I'll do just that.

i have the smoked with clear corners on my car, just an fyi, it cuts down the light output a lot on your headlights, think about doing hids at the same time.

I wondered how much the smoked lenses would affect light output. The factory lights are clear with black inside I believe. I'm thinking they won't cut the light like the smoked. My '99 lights are silver/chrome looking, but since I have a black car I think the black is the way to go.
