its prob about 15 20 min from new stanton, 3 min from rt51, it has a one car garage, 3 bed rooms 1 bath
I really dont wanna do the morgage thing thats why i was looking for rent or rent to own deal. but ill keep it in mind man thanx

x2 on that, this house is a good buy, a little bit of updating you could prob sell for 130,000 - 140,000. it's listed at 104,500
Verizon and a couple medical bills screwed me on credit so i doubt id be able to quailfy for a loan

doubtful.... its easier for me to rent cause who knows where ill be in 2-3 years might wanna move or neighbors would be sick of me in a year lol
