    sounds good to me.

I dont do anything special to mine, but then again, I dont drive it that much in the winter, unless I absolutely have to! I will be getting stuff for mine together soon too. I usually just put my stock wheels back on. Probably not the best for winter, but that's all I have. Working at home during winter FTW!!!

I drive my Vic all year round. I plow snow in the winter and have to get to the shop in the middle of the night before the plows hit the roads. I have zero problems. I realize my car is heavier than a 'Stang (about 4100). I run four snow tires on 16" steel rims, traction control on and a Trac-Loc out back. When it gets real bad, I'll put about 300 pounds of tube sand in the trunk. Its like a friggin tank even with the 3.73's.

I run Bridgestone Blizzaks and worse case toss 2-3 bags of tube sand in trunk. I never have an issue. Little tricker with deeper gearing so 2nd gear starts work perfect.

I'll drive anything in the winter snow.

When we had the practice tree race in February, Ed (Ares) was the only guy there who drove his race car to the event! There was some hatin' going on. :D

I drove my 300zx last wibter n I just put sand bags in the back. I actually have sumer performance tires on. I work at Firestone n let me tell you blizzaks ftw! I'm gettin them this year. Don't put to many sandbags in the back or u won't be able to steer. If u have abs ull be fine.

I bought my 06 GT in January and have driven it ever since. Didn't do a dam thing to it, ran it with the stock 18's and all with ZERO issues. Even drove home from the office with 4+ inches of snow on Rt. 30 one day.

It might suck down the gas & be slow as shit, but I'll be damned if you can get one stuck. I've done some stupid shit and come out like a champ.

We got 19-22" of snow over the weekend, couldn't get stuck if I tried.

    before

    after

    neighbor's unplowed driveway before

    hummer plowed driveway after

call me if/when you get stuck lol. I usually carry tow straps during the winter.

I have driven a lot of rear wheel drive cars in the snow. Heck, I had a fox body I only drove in the snow....... All I had for traction was a set of snow tires and a Saleen wing.

I got my grandmother setup with older cobra wheels and snow tires all around on her 04 GT. I put a bag of salt in the trunk and she was fine all winter. I recommend winter tires all around so you can stop/steer a bit better.
BTW She didnt miss one bingo game!!

my sixer goes like a tank in the snow. All I do is put new snow tires on it and leave the TCS on.
