same place that has the mystic the auction says it has an r title due to the mods is that true?? I emailed him about that. I was unaware of needing a reconstructed title if you mod your car.

R title because of the mods is
That thing is so dam ugly, I'd drive it into a wall and give it a reason for needing a R title.
I wonder how much rust there is/is going to be due to the rear window being knocked out. You can tell from the pics of the fuel cell that its definitely been exposed to some water. It appears to be a nice setup, but as Ed said, that year is just so damn ugly! BLAH!

Exactly, that plate will screw up your title, but is one way to get around emissions.
