are you talking about the spray or the stuff you're supposed to apply by hand?

The spray is good, but I prefer meguire's quick detailer over just about all of the others for the simplicity and the results. I think the idea of that ICE stuff is to be an easy to use product that doesn't leave a mess behind?

Do you have a random orbital or are you doing it by hand?

I was referring to the "liquid wax" , and also to be applied by hand...
I normally use mothers cleaner wax and meguires gold class in rotation with each other an was curious how this would be instead of a new bottle of gold class...

I love the stuff. Goes on great and comes off even better IMO, you can even put it on the trim and does not leave any marks

thats what I figured you were talking about. I don't have any personal experience with it though.

You might want to breeze through this online catalog to see if there is something 'better' you can get for the same price. Scott @ SMP is very good at answering just about any detailing question you can throw at him, from simple to complex.

I personally like the ICE... but Gold Glass is a wax right? ICE is a polish, so i wouldn't say it a replacement for Gold Glass - maybe more of an addition to the arsenal. Its extremely quick and looks great. I can do my whole car or truck in about an hour. Because you don't need to do it a section at a time. Put it on the whole vehicle, and buff off the whole vehicle. Since its so quick, i use it every so often to keep the finish looking good, but i don't think you want to use it in replacement of a good wax?

that ICE stuff is a polish like Bish said. its designed to be used between waxings to help keep the shine up. I have some similiar but from the professional line of megurier(sp). I use it about every other time I wash my car. Its a very good product to have to get a very nice finish between waxings.
