Anyone got a fast street car in pgh??

Senge autobody on washington blvd is talking smack on all stangs. i figure we can have a cruise-in to my works parking lot show'em what pony power is!!! lol they said a mustang cant beat a stock vette.

Depending on what vette your talking about. Alot of mustangs even cobras wont beat a stock vette, ESPECIALLY the one they just released

stock for stock, LS3 c6 might be faster than the GT500 (I'm actually pretty sure it is).

I think my car is pretty much a street car, with cats and DOT tires and all.

I'm not saying I'm your huckleberry... but I'm interested to find out what the vette has done to it. Either way, I think we're overdue for a get together, regardless of reason. Post up a time and a place

Im sure there are plenty of stangs on here that would beat a stock vette. I work with a guy who's brother owns that place or something. He keeps trying to talk me into getting a GM product.

I didn't even see that, but there are videos of upper pulley only verts staying even/walking full exhaust & stock c5z's.

In regards to to this post, Senge autobody brought their Z06 and their LS3 C6 to PRP on friday, Anthony and I ran faster than them, completely street set up for both of us, I didn't even take my headlight out.

Afterwards Anthony walked the bolt on LS3 4 times and spun and lost to the Z the one time they raced, but he said that he definitely had the faster car. I didn't hear his phone call to come back and meet up, but I woulda ran em too. I don't have any traction problems to speak of on the street. Ask anthony :)

yep thats true the 2008 vette has full exhaust and intake and i beat him 3 times and he beat the z06. the 4th race was me vs the 08 c6 vs the 08 z06 and i spun all the way to 70 causing me to lose that 1
