I will be going as well, but unfortunately can not help with the SCS thing since I have a Mark VIII and already signed up with my current group (LvC).

As for the tent, you have to have; if I remember correctly, at least 20 preregistered vehicles using the club moniker. But I do not know how they differentiat the Mustangs....as far as mods, years, and so on.....so it might be a good idea to call them and ask. If you like, I can get the contact that we use to get things done since we had our own tent last year as we will this year.

Also, what days you guys plan on going? I plan on leaving as early as Wed (IF possible work wise) if not then Thurs or Fri (most likely either Wed, or Thurs for me). If anyone is plannin on those days we can meet up some where and roll on out......but that is all dependant on the days you guys plan on going and the times.....I will be going early in the day to beat the traffic.

Last year Danielle and I went to an awesome resterant and brewery. It was a great time. I think it would be cool to just get hammered in the parking lot and play with the cars!!!!

How is it if you have you car on the show field. Can you take it off that evening or only have it on for one day? Say I came up early saturday, can you get on the show field with your car if your registered. If you get a hotel you need transportation. Would like to take my car up, but not sure how it works. Any input would be appriciated.

if you register you get a sticker you put on your windsheild that gets you in all 3 days with you & 1 passenger. gates usually open at 7am so you can get in then.. you can leave the field at anytime and get back in whenever you want,with that window sticker.
now if you just pay for the day, when you leave the grounds you get a hand stamp to get you back in for that day..

Also, when you register for $35 you get in all 3 days. Saturday you would have to park with your 'class' of vehicles to be judged, if you want to do that, but Friday and Sunday you can park wherever or with a club if it is organized.

Looking for anyone interested in joining my club to boost our count numbers for this event. We only need 2 more registrants to get a free tent and are looking at 40-50+ total attendees come showtime. This will be by far one of the largest car clubs attending and we are trying to surpass YMR (Yellow Mustang Registry) and win the club participation award. PM me if interested.

If you taking a lightning to Carlisle, you'll probably wanna park with the other lightnings on the showfield.

my notch should be done by then.there are 6 to 8 of us that go every year.there's a black vert that passes us on the way.maybe its you?we are set to go again this year but we cant leave till sat. am be there in time for some breakfest sandwiches.

Give me a ring whenever you can and we can iron out the details. A buddy of mine might want to tag along. He will be riding with me. If there is not enough room let me know. He dosent care either way.
