    heres some rant material for everyone, my football team always get up monday wensday friday to run at 6 am and then lift right after. not tons of fun, but it gets it out of the way. now because all the cali and florida kids have early flights due to spring break they decide to make conditioning at 9-10 pm then I dont start liftin till 11:30pm. we'll prob finsh up around 12:30,
