Alright, so I've been either too busy or too pissed off to post lately.

Here's what happened to me (and extremely unfortunately RUTHLESS has been dragged through all of this BS as well).

2/27 agreed on the price to sell car to the guy I bought it from, pending his car sells

3/2 his car sells around midnight on buy it now on ebay. we start talking about setting everything up.

3/4 don't hear back from him, so I ask him what's up

3/5 around midnight I get a lonnng message saying that he just can't afford the price we agreed on, and he hopes I'm not pissed. Mind you, I'm extremely pissed off because he just put me in a bind with Ryan (ruthless) because I was going to sell him my wheels as my car was going to be sold without them.

3/6 I call him and we talk (ok, mostly I just started shouting haha) and he keeps backpeddeling about the price we agreed upon and everything, I explain to him my situation with Ryan, he said oh sorry I hope you're not upset. I told him to give me a price that he can do and we'll go from there.

3/7-3/8 I can't check my computer all day, but he sends an offer I would have taken. Then later that night, I'm drunk, I start texing him cause somehow the whole thing got brought up at the bar. He says something along the lines of "I sent you an offer on SVTP, but I don't think its going to matter with the recent news" I ask him what the recent news is. He responds "I might be an unplanned dad"

3/9 I get called every name in the book (and rightfully so) by Ruthless when I call him up because a snappy remark was brought to my attention. We work things out, we're (I hope!!) cool now.

I just talked to David again, asking him if he wasn't going to be a dad if he was still going to buy my car. he says "No I can't by the car not at this time. If you decide to put it on the market to sell it's no big deal. Sorry and I do appreciate your thoughts and prayers."

If I could type that out to be less wordy, I'd post it on fmylife.com

I've been pretty sour about things lately because of the way he handled everything with me, and more so because it didn't just affect me - it dragged Ryan along for the freaking ride.

consequently, I'm not going to be posting as much for a while. I just need some time to cool off about all of this bull crap.

And if you missed everything, here is a summary; buyer wants to back out, knocks up girlfriend & has to back out, ruthless gets the shitty end of the stick.

moral of the story? Don't try to sell your wheels before your car is sold. And don't take people's word on the internet I guess. FML

Sucks Bo. I had a guy string me along most of the Fall/winter with mine. First it was he needed to sell his car. Then it sells on ebay, and for some reason it takes weeks to get his money. Then he doesn't have the time between work, and when weather was nice to drive the car. Dude just wanted me to store it all winter then he could snatch in up in the spring. I'm waiting for a phone call asking if it's still for sale. Just hanging up.

Thanks guys, the thing that really gets me is that I didn't post it for sale anywhere and he offered to buy it for that price and then said he couldn't afford it. First class a hole move. But john I think you got me beat bud :( I say just waste as much of his time as you can.
