It's never the alcohol!!! Never blame the booze. F*ck eating. Eating is for pu$$ies. Literally and figuratively. LOL!

Yes, guys the older you get, it is exponentially harder to lose the weight. I started about the first of February and my goal is 13lbs. I'm not that big of a guy to begin with, but holy Lord Jesus, it's harder than ever. I hate that treadmill, I hate vinegar and oil dressing, I hate tuna. I'm going to sucker punch the next person that brings donuts into our office. WTF?

    Quoted for truth...

Although I am sitting in a hotel in China, Saturday almost lunch time, slightly regretting the mixing of said booze. Not it's fault, but some poor choices on combination ;)

The problem here is the beer is so weak you fill up before getting a good buzz on, so you switch to hard stuff.

Also remember no good story every started with I was eating a salad and then ...

Just lost 75 LBS. More of a lifestyle change than a diet for me. I'm never going back.

"Boston police also reported another explosion at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library,
which is three miles from the marathon's finishing line." - Boston Globe

That sounds like a suspicious clue...

It's such a shame for those people in Boston who were trying to just have some fun with friends, family. Doing it for causes, and also those people who were doing it for the first time to accomplish a new goal, etc. I don't understand where these sick individuals seem to think this is a good idea?

Enjoyed dinner and a beer over the sun setting over Bellevue, WA tonite.

Amidst everything that's going on in America today and in general, it's amazing to see how beautiful and different this country still is. I have now been to every corner of the US, and it's been everything I pictured in my head as a kid when my dad described to driving cross country trucking. I would advise anyone to get out and see what's out there away from Pittsburgh, Pennsylania, East coast, etc etc etc if you ever get the chance.

If it looks good, you'll see it. If it sounds good, you'll hear it. If it's marketed right, you'll buy it. But if it's real, you'll feel it. IG: @donuttrump

Great pic Dan. I won't be traveling to the West Coast with my job because we don't have any facilities out that way yet, but I will get to see a lot of the Mid-west and Eastern Coast! Were really starting to expand now so hopefully in time I'll get to make my way further out to check out more of the US. Traveling is always a great time, a lot of beautiful scenery out there. Glad you've gotten to do something a lot of people won't get to!

Take it easy on the Achilles after the cast comes off Dan. She's gonna be a little cranky and stiff.
