Spent another day with saw in hand getting the wood pile stocked up. Most of what I did today went to my dad's neighbor who is recovering from surgery and his wife just had surgery. His woodracks are almost empty so we put him a couple good rows in. The other neighbors are also kicking some in so that will help. Another good day and mine will be done. But at this point I have enough to get through the winter and some left over for next year....which is always the plan in case winter sets in early and decides to hang on late.

So....now I can set back a little bit and relax.......or.....wait until my new tranny and convertor arrive this week and get them installed!!

I figured i'd talk my Boss 302 @ college experience so far. lol. When I scheduled my Boss Track Attack experience the man on the phone "Bill" said I was the youngest boss owner he's ever met. Which makes me think, I have Boss here with me at school. I've taken it on beer runs, out to a couple parties, and just for cruises/work. Is my boss 302 the only boss every to experience college life? haha I know its a stupid thought but it makes me wonder. Most boss's sit in garages and rarely get driven and small # go to the track often. (which I have a few track days already lined up) But of all the cars at school, when I'm driving the main street people stare all the time. I get thumbs up, and even some "revv it!" The craziest thing however, was one night I was sitting at a light and this girl (pretty cute) ran over to my car, opened the door and jumped in. I was shocked naturally, but she said "I love your Boss, take me for a ride!" I said screw it, took her through some back roads. Dropped her off where she jumped in, and that was that. lol It was crazy. This car is by far the greatest mustang I've ever owned and I honestly plan to never sell it.

Once the weather goes to shit, I will be however detailing the Boss for 8 hours, putting the car cover and sitting her away in the garage for the winter. :(

The destroyed tranny was pretty well built but couldn't handle the 387W. Just got a call that my PA Comp C4 is at the local Fed Ex terminal so I'm leaving now to go get it. The convertor is on its way from Arizona.
