Hopefully going to look/buy a motorcycle off a guy my old man knows Sunday. Don't know to many details other than he only want a couple hundred for it.It will be a good starter bike. Figure if its in decent shape, buy it and store it till next summer. I'm defiantly going to take a beginner safety class. I've wanted a bike for a long long time.

The F150 puked oil all over my driveway last night. Didn't have time to investigate much - but from the location of the mess I'm hoping the oil filter gasket blew out. Sucks...

Pirates blow a 5 to 2 lead in the top of the ninth-inning. Unfnreal.

We got Melancon because he blew saves. I hope that doesn't repeat itself. They should have yanked him after the second hit. I also think it was a mistake putting Farsworth in for the 10th.... Mazaro, Gomez, even giving Grilli a shot was a better gamble. If there is one gripe I have it is the way they manage the relievers... they need to micromanage every at bat from the 8th on.

On the up side it seems the bats are coming out of their slump (but Cutch went hit less)

Love it or hate it that is what makes baseball the greatest game, you never know what will happen.

The Pirates could end up playing 7 of the last 10 games against the Reds.

Anyway you slice it, this will be a dogfight to the end.

I blame the loss on the shortstop - Nelson. He blew a simple play that would have ended the game

I usually don't comment on sports but recently I have been getting into the pirates lately. lol I blame the ss and that Melancon for the loss yesterday. I went to the games last Sunday and Wednesday. They brought Melancon in to close on Wednesday night and he blew it then also. I may jump off bandwagon.

True, but that was an error, errors happen. A champion team recovers and adjusts. If the Pirates want to make a post season run, they have to stop making strategic errors. That includes being afraid to use the HOOK because it might hurt the ego of your pitching staff. They are all great pitchers on any given day, but not every day.

Last night was my first game in about 3 yrs., was a bummer to see them blow the lead, but not surprising considering how they fade late in the year.

After a rocky first 2 innings Burnett really took over the game tonight. Reds could hardly touch him. Nice to see Grilli close the door.

Well, I've pretty much lost all interest in my Mustang. I don't drive it, work on it or buy anything for it anymore. It sat all summer, now summers gone. I put maybe 400 miles on it. I hope this passes. Now with the bike, I really don't want to do anything with the Mustang.

Thats not too bad. This will be the second year my car has sat in the garage on jack stands without moving. It happens. You will get over it when you realize that everyone out there is trying to kill you while on your motorcycle.

I still have a couple of bikes, but I do not enjoy riding nearly as much as I used to... mainly because of this. With all of the idiot drivers out there, it is not as relaxing to me as it once was.

When I was into motorcycles, it didn't take me long to realize I had the most fun with mine at the track. For the most part, the other riders are competent, there are no cars or fixed objects to crash into, and you are responsible for your own safety. I road raced in WERA and AMA club racing, but today you have open track days which are even more relaxed.

That said, keep the car, your jones will return.

Didn't you just put coil-overs on the GT?
