Is the whole place as pristine as those appliances?

Yes it was very well maintained. I pretty much bought it sight unseen. Original owners since 1964. As you can imagine the house needs updates throughout.

Does the house smell like old lady perfume and mothballs?

Wow that is awesome. I love seeing those old appliances still around, and they were surely built to last (See 1st pic bottom right. Very uncommon these days)! Got any pics of the rest of the house?

If it looks good, you'll see it. If it sounds good, you'll hear it. If it's marketed right, you'll buy it. But if it's real, you'll feel it. IG: @donuttrump

I don't have any other pictures at the moment. I bought this house to do quick flip but its growing on me. It's a really solid 3 bed, 3 bath ranch in a good area. I'll try to get some before and after pictures

Funny little story. An old friend stopped by today and wanted to show me his supercharged trailblazer ss. He just picked it up from Ohio. He was talking about how strong it runs, makes 5xx at the wheels blah blah..he pops the hood...belt is not wrapped around blower pulley. I pointed this out. He says the guy he bought it from told him the pulley is bad and that's why the belts not routed. The blower is all corroded, looking like he found it at the bottom of the Atlantic ocean.. He must be running on a blower tune because the thing smells way too rich. I just had to shake my head. Can't fix stupid

Sad for sure. And what's worse is he is going to have to get that thing inspected and pass emissions. being that it came from Ohio who knows what all it needs. It has long tubes on it and didn't come with the factory exhaust also..the list goes on. Just a terrible purchase.

Did he say how much he paid for it? You gotta do your homework when buying a car!
