I wish we had SAP salesman at work to sell our products.....they must be gifted to sell something so terrible for such a high price.

That's a pretty big umbrella, so yeah I guess so. I only use the condescending tone once you prove yourself to be an idiot.

Has all the talent in the world and a lucrative career ahead of him, but to stupid to stay clean for a few years and then live the good life.

My my issue is nothing is intuitive. Once you know what you are doing it is indeed powerful. Still stuff that bothers me... We have to enter purchase requisitions and our expenses into those modules and it just takes 4x as long as any other method you could think of.
I created an order for Burns and Scalo other day. Took me 35 fn minutes. Our old system I would have been done in under 5 minutes. About a 4 page order for service work I did. Poor guy in shop had this order in our old system 12 pages long and 98 line items for service work for customer in Florida. He messed up and double billed one unit. My boss said he has to redo entire order and now it will be in SAP since we can't do anything in old system. Can only imagine the time wasted Monday redoing that order.

I can see it is decent for some things but when it takes 5 steps or more to do something. When prior it took 1 step. I just sit there and think... WTF

Then there is a draft is say 123, add order it is now 567, ship and now packing list is 456 and then invoice ends up 890 etc. Who even does crap like that. We ask all these questions why things are like they are and get called being negative and such by front office.

It is cam. Got everything together and ready to send in. Hope it's not a back and forth thing. Been hearing the state is really cracking down when giving money out in bigger numbers. Had a pretty good return this year...
