BW gts bring a lot of money, and I really like red on sports cars anywayafter I clicked the autotrader link, but before I read the rest of the post, I was going to respond, "buy the coupe".

I love the gen II's, but I'll be damned if they managed NOT to make a best year... they managed the 'worst' year though (2000: creampuff with no ABS).
96-99 had the hotter cam (for some reason everyone liked the 97?), the 00-02 were the 'creampuffs' meaning their pistons were cast instead of forged like the 96-99 (to pass cold start emmissions iirc) and they had the weaker cam. They put ABS on the car in 01-02, but I'll be damned if I were to buy a car for THAT type of money without it.
03+ SRT vipers are much better cars all around, and I love the coupes more than anything, but the verts are so much cheaper I'd "settle"

I love the way the back of the hood slopes into the windshield. It's such a nasty rake. Looks like the car is breaking in half from a distance.
I wish I had the testicular/financial fortitude to scarf up one of these "cheap" cars that have been for sale in this terrible market, then wait for a better time to sell the few toys I have now and make up a portion of the difference.
I don't have the garage space or strong enough eardrums.

I should clarify: cheap relative to the car's worth.
I love the new Q10 wheels on the 09 Z's. Cyber gray is also a pretty good looking color. 68k is a good deal, but I bet kerbeck (in NJ) would beat it by a lot. You could buy an ls3 corvette new for 39.9k last year as soon as they were released.

I think I actually seen this car driving through Connellsville the other day. IT HAS SEEN SNOW. You don't see many and you get that uncontrollable neck snap when you see one in C'ville IN THE SNOW.
