    When i bought it, the guy said that you need to check the valves for shimming when you start having troubles getting it started when its hot... When i rode it last weekend, i had times back in the woods where it would fire up first kick, and then times where i had a hell of a time getting it started.... so i'm not sure what to do... i didn't have to deal with this with a 2stroke
    My buddy has to get new valves and re-surface them every year with his 450 (03).. The Yamaha dealership is who does his re-surfacing.

    Well he has two now that wont dissappoint i can assure you of that.. We had his dd out the other day and the new mods woke it up very well! And the race car is getting the new tubular suspension soon so we have that under the knife right now and soon to be ordering the bottom end for the 6.0
