idk what im doing yet. lol but IF i get another bike instead of doing the smart thing and paying bills off it will probably be a buell to ease the transition from a crotch rocket to a cruiser. But my buddy had one of those up in new york. its a nice bike. and was ALOT louder than my 750 with a yosh slip on
I saw/heard a stock Ulysees (sp?) yesterday. It's the same 1203cc engine as the XB1200R or S model. It sounded wimpy at best. I'd have to invest in exhaust, intake, re-map. That junk is already taken care of on my 1200C.
This thing I got has the V&H slip-ons with the so-called regular baffles. I looked into the pipes with a flashlight and I see NO baffles.
I've been out on it all weekend. I sure am waffling about this sportbike/cruiser thing, too.
Part of the allure of these stupid Harleys is keeping them on the road and upright despite the shitty brakes and handling. Sportbikes actually are boring (to me) to ride when you're not pushing 80-100%.
This Sportster seems like it could come off the road at 35mph.

I agree about the sportbike not being fun unless your "riding" it.

Poor Honda...
First their VTEC becomes nothing special with everyone doing variable valve timing, now Ford has initial quality better than Honda.
