    the law clearly states "motor" vehicle. maybe I could see lawn mower, tractor, but a bicycle. WTF? Are your legs the motor?

    seems like the guy was being responsible by not driving a car.

    maybe 'public drunkeness" maybe. not DUI. BS !!!
